The
MIQRA Institute (Hebrew mik-ra, "reading" or "what is read")
is a specialized study and resource ministry focused on the reverent and
responsible reading, interpreting, and proclaiming of the Old and New
Testament Scriptures. The Institute offers a variety of opportunities
and resources for serious reflection on the biblical text and its transforming
message, especially for people engaged in or aspiring to teaching and
preaching ministries in the context of the church and its mission in the
world.
